Cormac Arms and Outfitters will do everything it can to make our customers happy.

If you are dissatisfied with any experience with us, or If a problem develops with one of our products, we want to know about it! If you have a concern about your order that is not addressed by our basic policy information below, please let us know. Cormac Arms and Outfitters will evaluate the issue on an individual basis and will decide the most appropriate action to remedy the situation.

Shipping Information

Cormac Arms and Outfitters provides simple and convenient shipping. We charge a flat, per item rate and will ship via the best and most economical method to you, typically either USPS or UPS. If you have specific shipping instructions, please let us know at the time you submit your order. If you are a civilian customer, we cannot ship firearms and Class III items directly to you, we will ship to the local FFL dealer of your choice. Any legitimate gun store or gun dealer has an FFL license; pawn shops and collectors may also have them. Note that we cannot ship to a PO box.  

Standard Delivery Time

We typically will ship your order within 7-10 business days after receiving the order. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it typically takes 3-5 days for delivery. If you need your items more quickly, please let us know at the time you place your order.

Product Returns and Exchanges

For civilian orders shipped to an FFL dealer, it is very important that you Inspect your firearms before accepting the transfer. If you are not happy for any reason leave the gun at the dealer. We will have it picked up at no charge to you and offer you an exchange or refund at no cost. Please note that returns are not possible for Firearms or Class III items. Product Warranties

Cormac Tactical stands behind it's products. Every AR purchased by a civilian customer is covered by our 1-year Product Warranty. If the firearm should fail through normal use within 1-year of purchase, we will repair or replace it for free. Every AR purchased by customers in Law Enforcement are covered by our Lifetime Warranty. If the firearm should ever fail through normal use, we will repair or replace it for free.

Please know your state weapon laws before placing an order. There will be a $20 re-stocking fee and $150 re-stocking fee on all firearms if your order is not compliant with your state's legislation.
